Operational resilience and business continuity FAQs.
Answers about consulting scope, on-site and remote delivery, continuity plans, risk assessments, exercises, implementation support, and compliance limitations.
What happens during an initial consultation?
We discuss your organization, the problem or risk you are dealing with, timing, and what you want to improve or protect. From there, we can recommend the most appropriate service or next step.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Projects may be on site, remote, or hybrid. Facility walkthroughs and operational risk assessments generally require on-site observation; business continuity planning, advisory work, and exercise design can often combine remote and on-site sessions.
Will we receive a practical implementation plan?
Yes. Our work is designed to produce practical findings, prioritized corrective actions, clear ownership, and implementation steps—not just a high-level report.
Can you review an existing continuity or emergency plan?
Yes. We can review an existing business continuity or emergency plan for completeness, role clarity, critical dependencies, communication procedures, maintenance, testing, and whether the plan matches actual operations.
Do you provide compliance certification?
Ramsay Resilience Group provides operational risk assessment, planning, exercise, and advisory support. We do not act as a regulator or certifying authority and do not guarantee OSHA or other regulatory compliance.
